New Jersey Compliance Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Officer to provide strategic leadership and oversight for the health plan compliance program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of the market compliance program in alignment with regulatory expectations
• Oversee compliance with CMS Medicare requirements and ensure timely submission of regulatory filings
• Serve as the senior compliance leader for state interactions and regulatory audit activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
• Master's Degree in a related field preferred
• 7+ years of compliance program management and contract experience with State Medicaid programs
• 5+ years of experience with healthcare regulatory agencies in the development of compliance and fraud programs
• 10+ years of experience in Compliance/Enterprise Risk Management preferred
