Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and document customer concerns while ensuring all relevant information is accurate
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and input accurate trip data into systems
• Educate members on services and insurance coverage while supporting a 24/7 contact center environment

Required Qualifications

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
• 0-2 years of related experience, with 6+ months in a contact center or customer service role
• Ability to type 35 words per minute or more
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to work overtime as required and independently under general supervision
