Seeking optimistic individuals, the full-time New Jersey Customer Service Representative will resolve member concerns and process requests accurately while working from home in a structured environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Receive and document customer concerns, ensuring timely and accurate information input
  • Follow company procedures and refer unresolved grievances to the appropriate department
  • Educate members on services and insurance coverage while managing a high volume of calls
Required qualifications
  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
  • 0-2 years of related experience, with 6+ months in a contact center or customer service role
  • Ability to type 35 words per minute or more
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
