New Jersey Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

Managing the payer enrollment process for independent providers and care centers, the full-time New Jersey Enrollment Specialist will serve as the primary contact for all enrollment-related inquiries and issues while collaborating with internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Enroll new groups and providers with contracted payers, including commercial and federal payers
• Manage payer data in CredentialStream for both groups and individual providers
• Investigate claims and enrollment-related issues, resolving inquiries within AthenaOne EMR

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in payer enrollment functions
• Experience with Medicare/Medicaid payers is required
• Familiarity with Verity CredentialStream or similar credentialing systems preferred
• Experience working with providers and payers in New Jersey preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are necessary
