New Jersey Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

Managing the payer enrollment process for independent providers and care centers, the full-time New Jersey Enrollment Specialist will serve as the primary contact for the Enrollment Department, handling all aspects of enrollment with contracted payers while collaborating with internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Enroll new groups and providers with commercial and federal payers in the New Jersey market
• Manage payer data in CredentialStream for both groups and individual providers
• Investigate claims and enrollment-related issues, partnering with care centers and internal teams for resolution

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in payer enrollment functions
• Experience with Medicare/Medicaid payers is required
• Familiarity with CredentialStream and PECOs preferred
• Experience working with providers and payers in New Jersey preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
