New Jersey Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

Managing the payer enrollment process for independent providers and care centers in New Jersey, the full-time Enrollment Specialist will serve as the primary contact for enrollment activities, ensuring all new groups and providers are enrolled with contracted payers while resolving claims-related inquiries and issues.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the enrollment of new groups and providers with commercial and federal payers in New Jersey
• Manage payer data in CredentialStream and investigate claims/enrollment-related issues with care centers
• Collaborate with internal and external partners during the onboarding process and resolve Salesforce cases related to enrollment

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in payer enrollment functions
• Medicare/Medicaid payer experience required
• Familiarity with Verity CredentialStream and PECOs preferred
• Experience working with providers and payers in New Jersey preferred
• Proficient in Athena EMR and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
