New Jersey Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

Managing the payer enrollment process for the New Jersey market, the full-time Provider & Payer Enrollment Specialist will serve as the primary contact for independent providers and care centers, handling all aspects of enrollment with commercial and federal payers.

Key responsibilities

• Enroll new groups and providers with contracted payers in New Jersey
• Manage payer data in CredentialStream and investigate claims/enrollment issues
• Collaborate with internal and external partners during the onboarding process

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in payer enrollment functions
• Experience with Medicare/Medicaid payers is required
• Familiarity with CredentialStream and Athena EMR preferred
• Experience working with providers and payers in New Jersey preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
