New Jersey Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

Managing the payer enrollment process for independent providers and care centers in New Jersey, the full-time Enrollment Specialist will serve as the primary contact for all enrollment-related tasks, including onboarding new groups and providers with contracted payers, resolving claims inquiries, and maintaining payer data.

Key responsibilities

• Enroll new groups and providers with commercial and federal payers in the New Jersey market
• Manage payer data in CredentialStream and resolve claims-related inquiries within AthenaOne EMR
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to facilitate the onboarding process and address enrollment issues

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in payer enrollment functions
• Experience with Medicare/Medicaid payers is required
• Familiarity with CredentialStream and PECOs preferred
• Experience working with providers and payers in New Jersey preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Athena EMR preferred
