Job Summary
To support a well-established family law practice, the part-time Temporary Family Law Attorney will manage family law matters from intake through resolution, draft legal documents, and conduct client meetings, all while working remotely or in a hybrid environment for approximately 8-10 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Manage family law matters from intake through resolution
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Conduct client meetings and maintain regular client communication
Required qualifications
- Active New Jersey bar admission in good standing
- Prior family law experience required
- Strong drafting and client management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable managing matters in a remote or hybrid environment
