New Jersey Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Focused on financial planning and analysis, the full-time Contract Financial Analyst will support site operations and corporate functions by managing financial reporting, business modeling, and performance management, while working remotely in New Jersey.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages, annual budgets, and ad hoc reports to support FP&A and regional operations management
• Conduct trend analysis and assist with revenue cycle management reporting and analysis
• Collaborate with IT to enhance data integrity and support the development of quarterly board meeting presentations

Required qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Analytics, or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in Finance, Business Analytics, or Operations roles
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to implement process improvements
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Workday/Axiom/DOMO is a plus
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across various departments
