Job Summary

To lead operations and drive growth for Northeast Partners, the full-time Floating Regional General Manager will oversee daily functions, manage financial performance, and develop high-performing teams in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational execution plans to drive business growth and achieve financial objectives
• Manage the local P&L and overall financial performance of the brand
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by leading and developing high-performance teams

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of proven experience in an operational leadership role, preferably in the home service industry
• Proven ability to manage a robust P&L and lead operational teams
• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and financial analysis
• Proficiency in using technology and software systems to drive operational efficiencies
