Job Summary

A company is looking for a Home Purchase Coordinator who will facilitate home purchases and act as a liaison between borrowers, realtors, and the mortgage company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain sales contract and lease templates for the home buying program
  • Educate loan officers, processors, underwriters, and closers on the program and specific loan files
  • Facilitate real estate transactions by instructing realtors and buyers while communicating proactively with all parties
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Appraisal Real Estate or Real Estate Conveyance
  • Knowledge of the residential real estate transaction life cycle in one or more states
  • Ability to hold others accountable for successful transactions
  • Organized and solution-oriented with a strong client service focus
  • Able to make independent decisions and manage multiple tasks effectively
