Job Summary

Facilitating home purchases, the full-time Home Purchase Coordinator will work remotely to serve as a liaison between borrowers, realtors, and mortgage companies while launching an innovative home buying program and educating all parties involved in the transaction process.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain sales contract and lease templates for the home buying program
  • Educate loan officers, processors, underwriters, and closers about the program and specific loan files
  • Facilitate real estate transactions by proactively communicating with realtors and buyers
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of appraisal real estate or real estate conveyance experience
  • Knowledge of the residential real estate transaction life cycle in one or more states
  • Ability to hold others accountable to ensure successful transactions
  • Strong client service focus and customer service skills
  • Organized and solution-oriented with a positive team player attitude
