Job Summary
New Jersey HR Business Partner is a full-time position requiring extensive experience in human resources, compliance, and contract/legal operations, responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle and ensuring legal compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and terminations
- Maintain HR policies and compliance processes in accordance with employment laws
- Review, draft, and redline contracts while partnering with outside counsel on legal matters
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years of experience in HR, legal operations, or contracts management
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance practices
- Experience in a multi-state HR environment
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR, or paralegal certification are a plus
