Job Summary

New Jersey HR Business Partner is a full-time position requiring extensive experience in human resources, compliance, and contract/legal operations, responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle and ensuring legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and terminations
  • Maintain HR policies and compliance processes in accordance with employment laws
  • Review, draft, and redline contracts while partnering with outside counsel on legal matters
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 10+ years of experience in HR, legal operations, or contracts management
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance practices
  • Experience in a multi-state HR environment
  • Certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR, or paralegal certification are a plus
