New Jersey Licensed Account Consultant

Job Summary

Delivering exceptional service and support to new and existing accounts, the full-time New Jersey Licensed Account Consultant will maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and growth while working remotely and collaborating with Sales and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to support new business acquisition and account retention
• Respond proactively to client and broker inquiries, coordinating with internal departments
• Investigate and resolve complex service-related issues while maintaining accurate account records

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in health insurance, life insurance, or group benefits
• New Jersey State Health and Life Insurance License, or ability to obtain within three (3) months of employment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM or insurance-related systems
• Knowledge of group health insurance products and managed care plans preferred
