New Jersey Licensed Accounting Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the finance team, the full-time New Jersey Licensed Accounting Associate will manage daily finance reconciliations, assist with month-end processes, and collaborate with various teams while working remotely, including some weekend hours.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily finance reconciliations across multiple channels and states
• Assist the Revenue Accounting team in performing month-end reconciliations
• Provide support on internal and external audit requests

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Qualified, Part Qualified, or actively working towards a CPA
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and comfort with large data sets
• Ambitious self-starter with a passion for finance and business
• Familiarity with SQL and data warehouse tools is a plus
