Job Summary
Supporting premium rate development and pricing strategies for the Large Group market, the full-time New Jersey Licensed Actuarial Analyst will analyze proposed benefit changes, conduct pricing studies, and assess regulatory impacts while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the development and maintenance of premium rates for the Individual and Small Group markets
- Conduct pricing analyses and actuarial studies to support product and rate development initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate assumptions and recommendations related to pricing and regulatory compliance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance, or a related quantitative field
- Minimum of four (4) years of actuarial, statistical, healthcare analytics, or related quantitative experience
- Progress toward Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) designation preferred
- Experience supporting actuarial pricing, modeling, forecasting, or financial analysis initiatives
- Strong understanding of actuarial principles and quantitative analysis techniques
