Job Summary

Supporting premium rate development and pricing strategies for the Large Group market, the full-time New Jersey Licensed Actuarial Analyst will analyze proposed benefit changes, conduct pricing studies, and assess regulatory impacts while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of premium rates for the Individual and Small Group markets
  • Conduct pricing analyses and actuarial studies to support product and rate development initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate assumptions and recommendations related to pricing and regulatory compliance
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance, or a related quantitative field
  • Minimum of four (4) years of actuarial, statistical, healthcare analytics, or related quantitative experience
  • Progress toward Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) designation preferred
  • Experience supporting actuarial pricing, modeling, forecasting, or financial analysis initiatives
  • Strong understanding of actuarial principles and quantitative analysis techniques
