Job Summary
A company is seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician for a Per Diem opportunity, focusing on ICU/Critical Care during night shifts in Summit, New Jersey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of patients within the critical care setting, including both the Medical-Surgical Intensive Care Unit and the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit
- Collaboration with Medical Residents, Intensivists, and Cardiologists to provide high-quality patient care
- Supervision and management of patient care in collaboration with on-call ICU or Critical Care attendings working remotely
Required Qualifications and Education:
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- Preference for candidates with critical care experience and experience in ventilation management and medical ICU
