New Jersey Licensed Advanced Practice Provider

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Weekend Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to deliver remote acute care services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide video-based comprehensive clinical care, including pediatrics and mental health
• Work regular weekend shifts and support physicians with Epic inbox management
• Educate patients on treatments and care plans while prescribing medications as appropriate

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical practice experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a Family Practice setting
• Licensed in NJ and board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Minimum of 1 year of experience using Epic EMR
• Primary care and behavioral health experience, capable of treating acute and chronic conditions
• Willingness to work weekend hours, totaling 36 hours per week
