Job Summary
To enhance telemedicine services, the full-time New Jersey Licensed Advanced Practice Provider will assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patients' health needs while working remotely five days a week.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct patient history and physical examinations via telemedicine to develop individualized care plans
- Order, perform, supervise, and interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe appropriate medications
- Emphasize health promotion and disease prevention while serving as a patient advocate and interdisciplinary consultant
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- New Jersey Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant licensure
- National certification for telemedicine practice in internal medicine
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- BLS certification
