Job Summary
A company is looking for an Alumni Tutor to provide academic support to nursing students.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual online tutoring sessions tailored to students' learning needs
- Conduct online group tutoring sessions to foster collaboration and address common challenges
- Prepare and develop educational resources for online use to enhance tutoring effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Licensed Registered Nurse
- Graduate of the Accelerated BS in Nursing program at Rutgers School of Nursing (minimum 3.5 GPA) preferred
- Grade of B or higher in courses to be tutored
