New Jersey Licensed Architect

Job Summary

Supporting a major transportation agency client, the full-time New Jersey Licensed Architect will review tenant alteration applications and design audit projects, ensuring compliance with building codes and agency standards, while coordinating with multiple stakeholders both onsite and remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review architectural submissions and analyze technical documentation for compliance with building codes and agency standards
• Coordinate review comments from various technical disciplines and communicate effectively with project stakeholders
• Attend meetings with tenant architects and engineers, presenting review comments and assisting in resolving design issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience with building codes, architectural design, and building systems
• Registered Architect (RA) license in the State of New York and/or New Jersey
• Experience reviewing construction documents, drawings, and technical specifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
