Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling case themes and handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials independently
• Communicate routinely with clients and cultivate relationships with existing and future clients
• Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys while working as part of a team

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA approved school
• Active bar license in New Jersey
• Preferred clerkship experience
• 6+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in litigation support and trial preparation
• Experience handling insurance defense matters is preferred
