Key responsibilities
- Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials
- Develop compelling case strategies and maintain professional communication with clients
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff, mentoring junior attorneys to contribute to team growth
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active bar license in the state of New Jersey
- 1-8 years of solid litigation experience, including case strategy and trial preparation
- Prior insurance defense experience preferred
- Ability to independently manage a full caseload from discovery through trial
