New Jersey Licensed Associate Professor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Professor in the Health Behavior, Society & Policy department for a Teaching Track position.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach a minimum of 6 courses per year, including at least one summer course
• Develop and implement innovative curriculum and teaching methodologies for in-person and online courses
• Provide academic advising and mentorship to Master of Public Health and DrPH students, and serve on dissertation committees

Required Qualifications

• A doctoral degree (e.g., PhD, MD, JD)
• At least three years of professional teaching experience in a classroom setting
• Experience teaching relevant undergraduate or graduate courses
• Knowledge of Council on Education for Public Health accreditation requirements
• Evidence of a commitment to diversity
