Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Audiologist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outbound telephone support to new and existing accounts, targeting 15 calls per day
• Offer virtual trainings and support on Genie software, aiming for 2 trainings per day
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure successful fittings and document all interactions through Salesforce

Required Qualifications

• Experience in the hearing health care field, with preference for M.A. or AuD Audiologist
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to maintain continuing education requirements based on state regulations
• Some travel required
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
