Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Mid-senior level experience in P&C insurance with strong knowledge of Personal Auto insurance coverage
• At least 10 years of insurance experience, including 5 years in forms development
• Proven research and analytical skills
• Experience building customer relationships focused on innovation and product improvement
