Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Behavioral Health Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient behavioral health needs to ensure appropriate care levels
• Assess the necessity and efficiency of behavioral health services and procedures
• Facilitate the implementation of member care plans and coordinate services

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a Behavioral Health-related field
• Active/unrestricted New Jersey license as an RN, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC
• Minimum of two years of behavioral health clinical experience
• Previous experience in a Hospital or Health Plan setting is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
