Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Medical Director licensed and residency in New Jersey for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and direction for the Utilization Management Program and perform peer reviews
• Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to ensure quality care delivery
• Maintain clinical integrity of the program, including timely peer reviews and consultations

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy
• Current unrestricted physician license in New Jersey
• Board certified in Psychiatry
• Knowledge of post-acute care planning and clinical principles of engagement and recovery
• Familiarity with Substance Use Disorders and treatment modalities including MAT
