Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Manager II, Specialty Programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform care manager duties and mentor new hires in the CCDM department
• Coordinate the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective care and evaluate service efficiency for members
• Act as a subject matter expert, conducting training and participating in process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Licensed RN or Bachelor's degree in social work, health, or behavioral science
• Graduate level degree in Social Work or Health and Behavioral Science preferred
• Minimum of five (5) years' experience working with special needs
• Strong knowledge of managed care principles and case management standards
• Advanced knowledge of specialty populations relevant to the role
