New Jersey Licensed Chemistry Teacher

Job Summary

Engaging students through live, on-camera instruction, the full-time New Jersey Licensed Chemistry Teacher will deliver personalized lessons, utilize performance data to adapt teaching strategies, and foster strong relationships with students and families in a remote learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver live, synchronous instruction for five or more hours per day, creating an engaging virtual classroom experience
• Use student performance data to personalize instruction and address learning gaps effectively
• Provide timely feedback on student work and maintain accurate records to keep students and families informed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
• Active New Jersey state teaching license in Chemistry for grades 6-12
• Experience teaching in virtual and/or in-person settings
• Hands-on experience with online learning platforms and virtual instruction tools
• Ability to teach live for five or more consecutive hours per day
