Job Summary
Experienced New Jersey Licensed Claims Adjusters will find a fully remote opportunity focused on managing and resolving complex workers' compensation claims, ensuring effective communication with all parties involved, and providing exceptional customer service to claimants.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze claims exposure and plan appropriate resolutions while adhering to corporate policies and regulatory requirements
- Interact with various stakeholders to facilitate effective communication throughout the claims process
- Document and communicate claim activities in a timely manner to support the claims resolution process
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 3 years of experience adjusting workers' compensation claims
- Active Adjusters' licenses in NJ, PA, and DE
- Knowledge of industry standards and practices
- Computer proficiency with claims and business software
