Job Summary

To support a dynamic claims processing team, the full-time New Jersey Licensed Claims Processor will review and process insurance claims remotely, ensuring compliance with policy coverage, gathering necessary information, and determining appropriate payouts while adhering to company guidelines.

Key responsibilities:

• Review and process insurance claims by verifying policy coverage and evaluating claim validity
• Interact with policyholders, agents, and stakeholders to facilitate the claims process efficiently
• Provide support to litigation and legal departments with disputes, appeals, and settlements

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required
• Prior carrier or adjuster experience preferred
• Knowledge of New Jersey No Fault PIP regulation, with 2-3 years preferred
• Minimum of 2 years in medical billing or claims processing
• Proficient in claims systems and Microsoft Office Suite
