Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and guide staff in the investigation and settlement of claims
• Manage a caseload of workers' compensation claims and facilitate return-to-work processes
• Oversee medical treatment coordination and ensure compliance with claims handling standards

Required Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience
• 5-6 years of insurance carrier/TPA claims experience
• 5-6 years of Workers' Compensation claims experience preferred
• Prior supervisory or managerial experience preferred
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word, and related claims software
