Job Summary
To support healthcare providers in the clinical use of implantable contraception, the part-time Remote Clinical Liaison (Women's Health) will coordinate training programs, manage logistics, and provide advanced training on Nexplanon while working remotely on a contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute administrative activities associated with Faculty Advancement Programs, ensuring compliance with documentation and timelines
- Provide one-on-one training for healthcare providers on Nexplanon insertion and removal techniques using placebo models
- Serve as a liaison between healthcare providers and internal stakeholders, maintaining effective communication and adherence to regulations
Required qualifications
- Licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM), Physician Assistant (PA), or Physician (MD/DO)
- 5+ years of Women's health clinical practice with direct patient care responsibilities
- Hands-on experience with IUD insertion and/or Nexplanon insertion
- Strong knowledge of Nexplanon procedures and FDA/compliance requirements
- Demonstrated experience providing contraceptive counseling and managing contraceptive care
