New Jersey Licensed Clinical Pharmacist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist to manage pharmacotherapy outcomes for patients using innovative technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for patients and healthcare providers to address medication-related issues
• Oversee Pharmacy Technicians and ensure compliance with medication management and regulatory guidelines
• Provide timely review and approval for prescription orders and ensure accurate documentation and billing

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• BS in Pharmacy; PharmD preferred
• Current, active pharmacy license in the state of residence and obtain NJ license within 90 days of hire
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmacy distribution and chronic care management
• Preferred: Board Certified Geriatric Pharmacy Specialty Certification (BCGP)
• Must be registered or eligible for registration with the State Board of Pharmacy
