Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage outreach efforts and pull-through for Star/HEDIS clinical programs
• Coordinate between the pharmacy department and health systems to drive results for Medicare Part D Star clinical programs
• Develop, review, and monitor clinical programs and initiatives in support of Star/HEDIS goals

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in Pharmacy or PharmD
• 2-5 years of experience in health plan or Medicare clinical customer service or retail management
• Project management experience and knowledge of health plans or Medicare industry
• Current Pharmacist license in the state of New Jersey
• Knowledge of CMS Star/HEDIS measures
