New Jersey Licensed Clinical Pharmacist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist - ATM CPN (Thursday to Monday).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for patients, families, and healthcare providers to address medication-related problems and questions
• Ensure accurate and compliant medication distribution and fulfillment for patients using proprietary software
• Plan, implement, and maintain procedures for assessing, compounding, and labeling medications while overseeing Pharmacy Technicians

Required Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy; PharmD preferred
• Current, active pharmacy license in the state of residence and NJ state license within 180 days of hire
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmacy distribution and packaging, preferably with geriatrics or chronic care management
• Experience or strong interest in clinical pharmacogenomics is preferred
• Knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations, including HIPAA and Fraud, Waste, and Abuse
