New Jersey Licensed Clinical Pharmacist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist (11:30AM - 8PM, EST).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for patients, families, and healthcare providers to address medication-related problems and questions
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient care decisions and medication distribution using proprietary software
• Oversee Pharmacy Technicians and ensure compliance with medication management and regulatory guidelines

Required Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy; PharmD preferred
• Current active pharmacy license in the residing state and obtain NJ state license within 6 months of hire
• 2+ years of experience in pharmacy distribution and packaging, with exposure to geriatrics and/or chronic care management
• Experience or strong interest in clinical pharmacogenomics preferred
