New Jersey Licensed Clinical Pharmacist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist to join their Medical Management/Health Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and develop standard and custom formularies for assigned plans
• Monitor prior authorization requests and provide clinical support to internal departments
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the pharmacy department and coordinate the Medicare MTM program

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (Pharm.D., M.S.) in pharmacy
• 2+ years of experience in mail order, retail, hospital, or managed care pharmacy, or 1+ years of pharmacy residency experience
• Current state's Pharmacist license with no restrictions
• Experience with Medicare pharmacy quality measures strongly preferred
