Job Summary

To support a mission-driven team transforming senior mental health care, a part-time New Jersey Licensed Clinical Psychologist will provide exceptional evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth while enjoying flexible scheduling and administrative support in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults through telehealth, committing to at least 15 hours per week
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans while monitoring client progress
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with company policies, supported by AI-powered tools

Required qualifications

• New Jersey Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Psy.D. or Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology)
• Experience working with older adults strongly preferred
• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and delivering therapy via telehealth
• Ability to commit to part-time or full-time hours (minimum of 15 hours per week)
