Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Risk Manager, Medical Underwriting, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct medical risk assessments and clinical evaluations to support underwriting decisions
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and Third-Party Administrators
• Ensure accurate data management and reporting for medical underwriting processes

Required Qualifications

• 6-10 years of clinical experience with current unrestricted licensure as a health professional (Registered Nurse)
• 6+ years of experience in the reinsurance or insurance industry
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience
• Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Knowledge of group medical, managed care, health insurance, and disease processes
