Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist nursing teams with clerical duties and coordinate information for the WC system
• Transcribe medical documents and schedule appointments under the direction of the NCM
• Manage telephonic intake of Workers' Compensation injury information and maintain communication with various stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Experience in managing high volume telephone calls in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local Workers' Compensation regulations
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with nursing case managers
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Flexibility to handle various assignments as needed
