Job Summary
To deliver high-quality mental health services, the full-time New Jersey Licensed Clinician will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, group, and family therapy in a hybrid setting.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities
- Provide therapy addressing various behavioral health concerns, including trauma, addiction, and developmental disabilities
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant clinical records and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams for coordinated patient care
Required qualifications
- Active licensure as an LCADC, LAC, LSW, or CADC in good standing
- Experience with psychotherapy modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy and addiction counseling
- Proficiency in crisis intervention and management protocols
- Strong communication skills with demonstrated empathy and cultural competence
- Commitment to HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards
