Job Summary

To deliver high-quality mental health services, the full-time hybrid New Jersey Licensed Clinician will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy to individuals, families, and groups while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy addressing a variety of behavioral health concerns
• Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant clinical records and collaborate with healthcare teams for coordinated patient care

Required qualifications

• Active licensure as an LCADC, LAC, LSW, or CADC in good standing
• Experience with psychotherapy modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy and addiction counseling
• Experience with crisis intervention and crisis management protocols
• Strong communication skills with demonstrated empathy and cultural competence
• Commitment to HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards
