Job Summary
To deliver high-quality mental health services, the full-time New Jersey Licensed Clinician will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy in a hybrid setting, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support diverse client needs.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy addressing various behavioral health concerns
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant clinical records and collaborate with healthcare teams for coordinated care
Required qualifications
- Active licensure as an LCADC, LAC, LSW, or CADC in good standing
- Experience with psychotherapy modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy and addiction counseling
- Experience with crisis intervention and crisis management protocols
- Strong communication skills demonstrating empathy and cultural competence
- Commitment to HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards
