New Jersey Licensed Clinician

Job Summary

To support a growing behavioral health practice, the full-time New Jersey Licensed Clinician will deliver high-quality mental health services, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy addressing various behavioral health concerns
• Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant clinical records and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams

Required qualifications

• Active licensure as an LCADC, LAC, LSW, or CADC in good standing
• Experience with psychotherapy modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy and addiction counseling
• Experience with crisis intervention and crisis management protocols
• Strong communication skills demonstrating empathy and cultural competence
• Commitment to HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards
