Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

Review and draft operational contracts and legal documents across various topics
Negotiate contracts with external parties, including vendors and clients
Conduct legal research and analyze documents to prepare accurate legal materials

Required Qualifications

J.D. degree from an ABA accredited law school
Admitted to practice law in New Jersey and/or New York
3-4 years of experience in a law firm; in-house or healthcare experience is a plus
Proficient in MS Word; working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with Contracts Management Systems preferred
