Job Summary

To support a growing technology company, the full-time New Jersey Licensed Corporate Counsel will negotiate complex SaaS agreements, advise on legal matters related to artificial intelligence and data privacy, and collaborate with various teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate global contracts with minimal escalation on common issues
• Advise internal stakeholders on legal matters and support commercial initiatives
• Drive the adoption of artificial intelligence tools within the legal team and organization

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in negotiating technology transactions
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and member in good standing with a state bar
• Experience in researching and analyzing various laws at multiple jurisdictional levels
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with artificial intelligence productivity tools
