Job Summary

To support a service-oriented environment, the full-time New Jersey Licensed Customer Service Representative will assist customers with transportation inquiries, schedule and modify reservations, and document interactions while working remotely from home.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist customers with transportation questions and concerns, ensuring a positive experience
  • Schedule, modify, and cancel reservations as requested while accurately documenting customer information
  • Refer unresolved grievances to appropriate departments and participate in required meetings
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma preferred
  • 0-2 years of contact center or customer service experience with high call volume and data entry preferred
  • Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new technology and follow complex instructions
